These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Victus Cloud services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Account and Eligibility

• • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• • You must be legally capable of entering into contracts.
• • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Service Use and Restrictions

• • Our services are to be used for lawful purposes only.
• • You may not use services in any way that violates laws, regulations, or these Terms.
• • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with notice to users.

Liability and Disclaimer

• • Victus Cloud is not liable for downtime, third-party failures, or user errors.
• • In the event of data loss directly caused by Victus Cloud, we will provide a full refund for the affected service period.
• • Except as explicitly stated, all services are provided "as is" without warranties, expressed or implied.

Suspension and Termination

• • Accounts violating the AUP will be temporarily suspended until resolved.
• • One warning will be issued per violation, lasting one day.
• • No refunds will be issued for suspended services.
• • Victus Cloud reserves the right to terminate accounts in severe or repeated violation cases.

Modifications to Terms

Victus Cloud may update these Terms at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing and complying with updated Terms.
