Victus Cloud ("we," "our," or "the Company") is committed to providing secure, reliable, and high-quality hosting and development services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP). This policy applies to all services offered by Victus Cloud.

Web and game server development

Prohibited Activities

Users of Victus Cloud services are strictly prohibited from engaging in any activities that violate applicable laws or could negatively affect our network, infrastructure, or other users. Specifically, you may not:

Host, distribute, or promote adult content of any kind.
Use our services for cryptocurrency mining, including mining pools or automated mining software.
Send spam emails or engage in unsolicited bulk communications.
Deploy DDoS tools or conduct network attacks, including attempting to disrupt other services or servers.
Run, distribute, or support hacking or penetration testing tools without explicit written approval from Victus Cloud.
Engage in the distribution of hate speech, extremist content, or material intended to harass or harm others.

Enforcement and Violations

• If a violation of this policy occurs, the affected service may be temporarily suspended until the matter is resolved.
• Violators will receive one warning per incident, with a duration of one day.
• Any service that has been suspended due to violations of the AUP will not be eligible for refunds for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
• Victus Cloud reserves the right to take additional measures, including permanent suspension, if necessary to protect the integrity of our services.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that all activities conducted using Victus Cloud services comply with this policy. Ignorance of prohibited activities does not absolve you of responsibility.
