Refund Policy

General Policy

Victus Cloud strives to provide reliable services. Refunds are offered under specific conditions and are subject to the limitations outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refund Amount: Eligible refunds are 80% of the paid amount.
  • Time Limit: Refund requests must be submitted within the first 50% of the service period.

Example: For a 1-month VPS subscription, a refund request must be made within the first 15 days.

Exclusions:

  • • Custom development services (e.g., web, game server, or code development) are not refundable.
  • • Services suspended due to violations of the AUP are not eligible for refunds.

Request Procedure

To request a refund, contact our support team with:

  • • Service details (type, billing period, invoice number)
  • • Reason for refund request

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.
